New Delhi. In the meeting of SAARC Journalist Forum India Chapter, it has been decided to form all state chapters. In this regard, Anil Sable, Maharashtra, Thillai Natarajan, Nahida Qureshi, Fayaz Qureshi and Vivek Jain have been asked to co-ordinate in their respective states as well as the neighbouring states in which no chapters are working.
The responsibility of formation has been given as well as all the chapters has directed to organise the programme time to time to strengthen the organization all over India. A news letter portal, and others aspect also discussed in meeting.
To strengthen the organisation financial strength membership drive need to run and in the end India chapter president expressed his gratitude to all the members of SJF for making the conference a great success.
In future to start a award like Magsaysay for journalist in region or a international webinar will be organise on 5th of Feb 2023 also decided in the meeting.
