SAARC – People of South Asia Crave For seminar was held in Bangladesh

Dhaka. SAARC Journalist Forum Bangladesh Chapter organized a seminar on the occasion of “SAARC Charter Day” at 10 am on Sunday 8th December at National Press Club. Mr. Md. Tauhid Hossain, Foreign Adviser to the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh was present as the chief guest and Mr. Abdul Awal Mintu was the special guest. Vice-Chairman BNP, Brigadier General (Ret) Hasan Nashir, Mustafa Kamal Former Editor New Nation, Ayub Bhuiyan Secretary National Press Club, Shahidul Islam President Dhaka Journalists Union and Journalist leaders and Md. Abdur Rahman Secretary General Central Committee were present in the program. Program has Presided over by Nashir Al Mamun President of SAARC Journalist Forum Bangladesh Chapter and Presented by Rafiqul Islam Azad Former President Dhaka Reporters Unity.Brotherhood between South Asian countries, mutual good relations and for peace seminar has been organised. For that purpose, a seminar titled “Restructuring of the South Asian regional alliance SAARC and the role of SAARC in maintaining peace in South Asia” was held at the National Press Club auditorium, 2024.
