Government has lifted the ban on the Communist Party of Nepal led by Biplav. Cabinet meeting held at the Prime Minister&#8217;s official residence in Baluwatar on Thursday evening lifted the ban.<\/p>\n<p>Government had banned the NCP Biplab group from March 11, 2008 after it&#8217;s violent activities.\u00a0 According to the one Minister the ban on the revolutionary group has been lifted as per the three-point agreement reached this morning.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the release of the leaders and cadres of the jailed group would be formally announced through a formal program on Friday afternoon.
