Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued an order to appoint Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba as the Prime Minister within two days.<\/p>\n
The Constitutional Court passed the order in favor of petitioner Sher Bahadur Deuba in the petition against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.<\/p>\n
A bench of Justices Deepak Kumar Karki, Mira Khadka, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Ananda Mohan Bhattarai, including Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra, passed the order.<\/p>\n
The decision of the President to dissolve the House of Representatives on the recommendation of the government has been overturned by the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
A five-member constitutional bench of the Supreme Court on Monday afternoon overturned the decision to dissolve parliament.<\/p>\n
With this order of the Supreme Court, the House of Representatives has been re-established. The Supreme Court has also issued an order to convene a meeting of the House of Representatives within seven days.<\/p>\n
