Amritpal Singh, who is running the Khalistan campaign in India, has been put on the watch list by the Immigration Department of Nepal.<\/p>\n<p>The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu wrote a letter to the Immigration Department saying that he can come to Nepal. Initially, the embassy sent the letter without his photo.
