Journalists from South Asia region demand to declare birth anniversary of first mother language journalist of Nepal Dharmaditya Dharmacharya as an International Mother Language Journalism Day. First International Mother Language Journalists Conference organised by National Forum For Newar Journalist in support with SAARC Journalist Forum and Federation of Nepalese Indigenous Journalists held in June first and second 2024 demanded it to all governments and stakeholders of respective countries.
