The flood in the Bhotekoshi River due to incessant rains towards neighboring China has washed away the Miteri Bridge connecting Nepal and China. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Rasuwa Chief District Officer Arjun Poudel informed that the bridge was washed away by the flood last night. The flood that came around 3 am has severed the road connection from Rasuwa to China.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Similarly, vehicles kept at the customs have also been washed away, but the statistics on how many were washed away are yet to come, he said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">There is no information about human casualties so far, but he said that people may be trapped.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The administration has urged people in the lower coastal areas to be vigilant as the water flow in the river has continued to rise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Similarly, those living along the riverbanks have been asked to be careful as there is a risk of flooding in the Trishuli River as well.<\/span><!--\/data\/user\/0\/com.samsung.android.app.notes\/files\/clipdata\/clipdata_bodytext_250708_074624_062.sdocx--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rasuwa.
