US Army Lieutenant General Joel Vowell has arrived in Nepal. As per the pre-scheduled schedule, Lieutenant General Joel Vowell, Deputy Commanding General of the US Army Pacific Command (USARPAC), arrived in Kathmandu today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The Nepali Army has stated that he will remain in Nepal until 17 March.
