Both sides described the relationship as \u201cspecial\u201d and expressed commitment to a transformative partnership. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Three Major Decisions Announced<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">1) Launch of Cross-Border Digital Payments<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Nepal and India agreed to begin cross-border person-to-person (P2P) digital payment services, making it easier for citizens of both countries to transfer money and conduct transactions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">2) Handover of 84 Reconstruction Projects<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">India formally handed over 84 reconstruction projects completed under its post-earthquake assistance program in Nepal, covering sectors such as education, health, and community infrastructure. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">3) Cooperation in Emerging Technologies<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The two countries agreed to expand cooperation in emerging sectors, including artificial intelligence, digital technology, connectivity, and innovation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The ministers also reviewed progress in trade, investment, energy, connectivity, and people-to-people ties.
