During the proceedings, outgoing Director Karma Choeying formally transferred the institute\u2019s records, documents, and inventory to Tenzin Lekshay, while extending his congratulations and best wishes for a successful tenure. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Following the handover, staff members of the institute offered traditional ceremonial scarves to both officials as a gesture of appreciation and respect. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Tenzin Lekshay, a veteran CTA official with more than two decades of service, was recently promoted to the rank of Secretary and appointed Executive Director of the Tibet Policy Institute.
