Kathmandu.Vero cell vaccine, which has been purchased from China by the government, has received 8 lakhs vaccines this morning.
A Nepal Airlines flight carrying vaccines from the Chinese capital Beijing landed in Kathmandu at 6.30 am on Friday.
In the first fight, only 8 lakhs doses of vaccine were received from China. Dr. Dipendra Man Singh, Director General of the Department of Health Services, informed that 8 lakhs vaccines were received in the first term.
The government had agreed to buy 4 million doses of the vaccine from a Chinese pharmaceutical company.
