New Delhi. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has described Nepal as a friend of happiness and sorrow with four neighboring countries.
In a tweet on Saturday, Modi said that Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives and Mauritius are not only India’s neighbours but also have a lot in common in their thinking and social customs.
“We are friends of happiness and sorrow,” he wrote.
He says that these neighbouring countries are the first to help each other in the event of any emergency and disasters.
