Colombo. Lasantha De Silva has been appointed as a Coordinator of SAARC Journalist Forum SJF Srilanka Chapter. Silva is a senior, young and energetic journalist of Srilanka.
He is working as a convener of Free Media Movement of Srilanka. Executive Committee of SAARC Journalist Forum SJF had nominated Lasantha De Silva as a coordinator of SJF Srilanka Chapter.
Executive Committee has given him the authority to form and announce full committee of SJF Srilanka. Silva will announce full committee of SJF Srilanka within few days.
President Raju Lama, Vice President Ramnath Vidrohi and General Secretary Md Abdur Rahman of SJF congratulated Silva and wishes him for successful tenure.
Likewise, SJF Executive Committee Member Amila Balasooriya has given the responsibility of Incharge of SJF Srilanka Chapter.
