Nothing can be justify acts of terror and the killing : Antonio Guterres

Secretary General of United Nations Antonio Guterres also urge to Israel and remind for military operations must be conducted in strict accordance with int'l humanitarian law.

New York. Secretary General of United Nations Antonio Guterres strictly said that nothing can justify acts of terror & the killing, maiming & abduction of civilians. Secretary General Guterres said it addressing press on middle East crisis inbetween Hamas and Israel.

Secretary General Guterres said, “I recognize the legitimate grievances of the Palestinian people. But nothing can justify acts of terror & the killing, maiming & abduction of civilians.I reiterate my call to immediately cease these attacks & release all hostages.”

Secretary General of United Nations Antonio Guterres also urge to Israel and remind for military operations must be conducted in strict accordance with int’l humanitarian law.

“While I recognize Israel’s legitimate security concerns, I also remind Israel that military operations must be conducted in strict accordance with int’l humanitarian law. Civilians must be respected & protected at all times,” UN Secretary General urge in his statement.

He also strictly said civilian infrastructure must never be a target during any kinds of military operations by any side.
