New Delhi. Gautam Buddha University and International Buddhist Confederation with Central Institute of Himalayan Culture Studies jointly organising International Abhidhamma Diwas Celebration in Greater Noida at the auditorium hall of GBU. The international event will be held in the premises of Gautam Buddha University from 28 to 30 October, 2023.
“We are going to organise International Abhidhamma Diwas celebration where various dignitaries and dhamma practitioner will be participate from various part of world,” said by the Director of conference Dr. Arvind Kumar Singh.Singh says, “we are not only organising the Abhidhamma Diwas celebration along with Cenetary year of celebration of Vipassana Acharya Dr. Satya Narayan Goenka is also the one of the key highlights of the event.”
Singh who is Director of International Affairs of GBU said that in the event there will be also an international conference on, “The Tenets of Buddha Dhamma and Global well- being : Nature Significance and Applicability.” Cheif Patron of the event will be Professor Rabindra Kumar Sinha V.C of GBU and Abhijit Halder Director General of IBC. Dongguk University, Dhammachal International Research Institute and Dhammadutta Chikinda University will be the knowledge partner and SAARC Journalist Forum will be the media partner of the event.
Last year Gautam Buddha University had organised the International Abhidhamma Diwas with the presence of various dignitaries and dhamma practitioner representing the various countries of world.
