Meeting between SJF Secretary General Rahman and Roy held in Dhaka

Dhaka. The meeting with the West Bengal human rights leader Suparna Roy was held with Secretary General of SAARC Journalist Forum Md. Abdur Rahman.Secretary General Md Abdur Rahman of SAARC Journalist Forum and Human Rights Foundation West Bengal human rights leader and Anand Mukhar Sahitya Patrika editor Suparna Roy held a meeting in Dhaka today.Human rights issues in South Asia were discussed during the meeting. SAARC Human Rights Foundation deals and work for human rights in eight South Asian countries. She has come to visit Bangladesh in his continuation. They discussed the freedom of women journalism in South Asia too.Besides, the upcoming International Journalist Conference of SAARC Journalist Forum in Delhi was also discussed during their meeting. Journalists from 8 countries including Bangladesh will participate in the international journalists conference going to be held in Delhi.Eminent journalist Md. Mahmudul Alam was present in that time. Prof. Md. Abed Ali, Secretary General of SAARC Human Rights Foundation, handed over a memorial of human rights to prominent journalist Md. Mahmudul Alam.
