Kathmandu. National Forum For Newar Journalist in support with SAARC Journalist Forum has been organising an International Mother Language Journalists Conference. NFNJ and SJF is organising an International Mother Language Journalists Conference in 1st and 2nd June, 2024 in Kathmandu.
Today President of NFNJ Nripendra Lal Shrestha has informed about conference during the press meet organised by NFNJ. Shrestha said NFNJ has totally prepared all the preparation of conference and ready to host. “In the conference we will organise panel discussion, paper presentation and interaction program except inaugural and closing function,” said Shrestha.
Likewise, Coordinator of conference organising committee Surendra Bhakta Shrestha said that celebrating 100 years of mother tongue journalism and remembering contribution of Dharmaditya Dharmacharya we are organising this type of conference third time.
President of SAARC Journalist Forum Raju Lama said that more than 50 journalists from abroad will participate in the conference and will share their ideas and thoughts on mother tongue journalism.
Former President of NFNJ Shri Krishna Maharjan, Suraj Bir Bajracharya, Senior Vice President Sunil Maharjan and Secretary Raju Napit also said that NFNJ is ready to host the conference.
