SJF Nepal Chapter and Working-journalist Association of Nepal (WOJAN) protests against Janata TV

President of SAARC Journalists Forum SJF Nepal Chapter Prakash Silwal protest against the management of Janata TV and demand to address the problem of journalists soon.

Kathmandu. SAARC Journalists Forum SJF Nepal Chapter expressed it’s solidarity to the protests against the Janata TV. SJF jointly did protest with the Working-journalist Association of Nepal (WOJAN) to support the problems and sufferings of Nepali journalists.

President of SAARC Journalists Forum, SJF Nepal Chapter Prakash Silwal protest against the management of Janata TV and demand to address the problem of journalists soon.In recent times, there has been a problem in Janata TV, even though the attention has been drawn many times regarding the payment of wages to the working journalists and employees working there but still management of Janata TV didn’t addressed the demand of working journalists.

Working-journalist Association of Nepal (WOJAN) organised there a protest program due to the non-payment of wages as promised by the management of Janata TV. Demonstration, sit in program with black banner has been done under the leadership of President of WOJAN Janmadev Jaisi.
