Rahman and Islam will attend 2nd International Mother Tongue Journalist Conference from Bangladesh

2nd International Mother Language Journalist Conference 2025 will be held in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu for two days on Friday, Saturday, June 13 & 14.

Dhaka. MD. Abdur Rahman, Secretary General of SJF & Rafiqul Islam Azad former President Dhaka Reporters Unity is going to Nepal to attend the International Mother Language Journalist Conference 2025.2nd International Mother Language Journalist Conference 2025 will be held in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu for two days on Friday, Saturday, June 13 & 14. Secretary General of SAARC Journalist Forum Md. Abdur Rahman and Rafiqul Islam Azad Executive Member SJF Bangladesh Chapter & Former President Dhaka Reporters’ Unity will participate in the International Mother Language Journalist Conference from Bangladesh.

SAARC Journalists Forum and National Forum for Newar Journalists of Nepal are jointly organizing the International Mother Language Journalist Conference on 13 and 14 June, 2025 in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.

The organizing committee is doing all the preparations for the conference seriously. More than 100 journalists from South Asia will participate in the conference and will discuss extensively the challenges, opportunities and prospectives of mother tongue journalism.

It should be noted that SAARC Journalist Forum has been organizing international conferences on various international issues in South Asian countries.This organization has already organized ten international conferences in the last two year. SJF International Conference was held last April in Rajasthan, India.
