Kathmandu. Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal has said that the establishment of a new parliament is a political necessity for stability and prosperity.
Addressing a gathering of NCP-Kathmandu Constituency No. 3, Thapa, who is also a member of the NCP Secretariat urged the party cadres to go among the people in all the 165 constituencies as it is a battle front to defeat the counter-revolution.
He claimed that there was no alternative to a new mandate for progress as reactionary and counter-revolutionary forces were trying to restore parliament.
He said that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had dissolved the parliament as per the constitution to thwart the conspiracy of opportunists and reactionaries.
Leader Thapa claimed that the unity and victory of the Communist Party would be possible only by going among the people.
