Solukhumbu. Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa has said the dissolution of the parliament is a progressive forward step.
He said that the government has taken a progressive step by dissolving the parliament as per the provisions of the constitution.
Home Minister Thapa, who is also a leader of NCP said that the parliament had to be dissolved after a no-confidence motion was within own party to remove party chairman KP Sharma Oli from the PM’s post.
The program was chaired by NCP central member and district chairman Manbir Rai.
