CPN- UML appointed 23 central members including Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’

CPN-UML has also appointed in-charge of all the provinces. Accordingly, Badal has been given the responsibility of in-charge of the Bagmati Provincial Committee. It has been decided to make Subash Chandra Nemwang in charge of Province 1, Satyanaran Mandal Province 2, Prithvi Sabba Gurung of Province 4, Shankar Pokharel in Lumbini, Yamlal Kadel in Karnali and Lekhraj Bhatt in Far Western Province.

Kathmandu. CPN-UML Central Committee meeting has set a date for the General Convention by dismissing all the posts except the chairperson and general secretary.

A meeting held at the PM’s residence in Baluwatar today dismissed the posts of vice-chairman, deputy general secretary and secretary.

With the decision, there will be no office bearers in UML except the chairperson and general secretary. The responsibility of the party spokesperson has been assigned to Pradip Kumar Gyawali.

Meeting has decided to make 23 leaders, including Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’, a central member of the CPN-UML.

CPN-UML has also appointed in-charge of all the provinces. Accordingly, Badal has been given the responsibility of in-charge of the Bagmati Provincial Committee.

Meanwhile, the meeting has also decided to hold the UML General Convention within December, 2021.
