DU has launched its Common Seat Allocation System for academic session 2023-24

Wednesday launched its admission registration portal 2023. The DU admission portal is called the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) which will be used for admission to all undergraduate (UG) programmes in the university for the academic session 2023.

New Delhi. Delhi University has launched its Common Seat Allocation System or the DU admission portal for UG programmes for the academic session 2023-24, with three new BTech courses. Students selecting the BTech courses will be admitted based on their JEE Main score. The registration portal for BTech courses will open in the last week of June.Wednesday launched its admission registration portal 2023. The DU admission portal is called the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) which will be used for admission to all undergraduate (UG) programmes in the university for the academic session 2023.

There are a total of 78 UG programmes in 68 colleges of DU with 71,000 seats while in Postgraduate courses there are 77 PG courses with 13,500 seats. This year, Delhi University is starting three BTech courses, and the registration portal will open in the last week of June. Students will get admission on the basis of their JEE Main score.In undergraduate courses, the maximum number of applications received was for BCom Hons in CUET 2023. The DU UG 2023-24 academic session is set to begin on August 16. Students can follow the below-given step-by-step process to know how to apply for Delhi University UG admissions through the CSAS 2023 portal.Step 1: Visit the official website at ugadmission.uod.ac.in Step 2: On the homepage, click on New Registration if you are visiting the portal for the first time, or use your login credentials to sign in, if already registered. Step 3: Fill out the application form for UG programmes and upload all the documents, as asked. Step 4: Verify all the details filled in the DU application form 2023. Step 5: Download the form and get its hard copy for further reference.All those students who have to apply for the postgraduate programmes may note that the DU PG registrations 2023 will begin by the last week of June tentatively. The name, photograph and signature will be integrated from the CUET portal which cannot be changed. The DU admissions 2023 will be done on the basis of a normalised score of CUET 2023.DU Admission 2023: Registration Fees
Students seeking admission to Delhi University shall note that there is a one-time CSAS(UG)-2023 application fee (non-refundable). The registration fee for UR/OBC/EWS category is Rs 250 while for students from SC/ST category, the registration fee is Rs 100. Candidates must check their dashboard, email, and admission website (www.admission.uod.ac.in) for all communications, updates, and schedules related to all the Phases of CSAS(UG)-2023.
