He demanded the resignation of the state health minister. He questioned why the Chief Minister was bringing the principal back to the same hospital again and again. He further alleged that a person could never have caused this heinous incident. There are many people involved with it.

Both Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee have announced that the accused will be sentenced to death.
