Baby Chakraborty, Kolkata. Sanjay Roy accused in RG Kar case is in jail custody. He has been placed in Presidency Jail number 121. However, on Friday, he repeatedly broke down in tears.
At first, when the polygraphy test came up in the Sealdah court, he suddenly started crying and there were tears in his eyes when he came from the Sealdah court to the Presidency Jail.
He repeatedly claimed to be innocent while crying. Meanwhile, the CBI has obtained several information by interrogating Sanjay. The victim was alone on duty as a female doctor on the night of the incident, someone in the hospital gave this news to Sanjay, now the CBI is looking for an answer to that question. According to CBI sources, Sanjay did not know the young doctor.
In that case, Sanjay was not supposed to know when his duty was, who would be on duty at night. How did the news reach Sanjay ? In that case, two sources are moving in front of the CBI. One is that Sandeep had a good relationship with Sanjay, the accused may have got information from him.
And secondly, the CBI is also investigating whether the four doctors who had dinner with the victim somehow informed Sanjay. CBI is now looking at the polygraph test to get answers to all the questions.
