Equal Society International has appointed Prof. Dr. Stefano Masullo as Honorary Ambassador of Equal Society International for Global Education and Social Inclusion.
The appointment strengthens ESI’s international profile and supports the development of the Foundation’s work in the areas of education, social inclusion, academic dialogue, civic responsibility and inter-institutional cooperation.
The role entrusted to Prof. Dr. Stefano Masullo is honorary, representative and strategic in nature. Its purpose is to support the mission of Equal Society International by developing academic relations, strengthening educational initiatives and supporting dialogue between civil society, expert communities, educational institutions and international partners.
Prof. Dr. Stefano Masullo
Prof. Dr. Stefano Masullo is associated with ISFOA – Istituto Superiore di Finanza e Organizzazione Aziendale, where he serves as Rector of ISFOA University.
He is presented in numerous biographical, academic and institutional materials as a figure with long-standing experience in finance, consultancy, financial communication, education, training, publishing and institutional management.
Within Equal Society International, his role will focus on supporting initiatives related to global education, social inclusion, civic awareness and international academic dialogue.

Equal Society International as a Civil Society Foundation
Equal Society International is a foundation established by Dawid Szabłowski, operating under Polish law and its own statute.
In accordance with its statute, the Foundation may establish branches, representative offices, subsidiaries and offices in Poland and abroad, and may also co-create or join organisations, federations, NGO networks, consortia, social coalitions and thematic platforms, where this serves the implementation of its statutory objectives.
This model allows ESI to develop as an internationally oriented foundation capable of carrying out social, educational, media, humanitarian and partnership-based projects in Poland and beyond.
ESI’s Mandate and Areas of Activity
Equal Society International works to strengthen human dignity, responsible civic participation and structured cooperation between communities, institutions, media environments, educational spaces and international partners.
The Foundation’s statutory objectives include, in particular, supporting and protecting human rights and fundamental civil liberties, activities in the fields of education and social development, support for children and adults on the autism spectrum and their families, the development of independent media and information activity, humanitarian and charitable action, counteracting discrimination and exclusion, and promoting international cooperation and intercultural dialogue.

Partnerships, Patronage and International Cooperation
Equal Society International may provide honorary, media, strategic or partnership patronage for events, initiatives, projects, conferences, publications, media, editorial activities and other undertakings consistent with the Foundation’s objectives.
The Foundation may also conclude cooperation, patronage and partnership agreements with institutions, non-governmental organisations, enterprises, academic institutions, educational establishments, public administration bodies, editorial offices, media organisations and other partners in Poland and abroad.
In this context, Prof. Dr. Stefano Masullo’s role as Honorary Ambassador strengthens ESI’s capacity to develop relations in the educational, academic and social sphere, while maintaining institutional responsibility and a long-term approach to cooperation.
