Government and Biplav led NCP have reached three-point agreement

The agreement stipulates that the Communist Party of Nepal will resolve all its political issues through dialogue, conduct all its political activities peacefully and lift the ban imposed by the Government of Nepal, release all detainees and dismiss the case

Kathmandu. Government and Netra Bikram Chand Biplav-led NCP have reached a three-point agreement. A three-point agreement was reached between the government negotiating team and the Biplav NCP negotiating team on Thursday.

Agreement was signed by Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal on the behalf of Nepal government and Leader of NCP Biplav Khadka Bahadur Biswokarma Prakanda.

The agreement stipulates that the Communist Party of Nepal will resolve all its political issues through dialogue, conduct all its political activities peacefully and lift the ban imposed by the Government of Nepal, release all detainees and dismiss the case.

Details of the agreement will be made public during a special ceremony on 5th March. The ceremony will be addressed by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on behalf of the Government of Nepal and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal, Biplav.
